Each row is one possible single bet at one sportsbook:

      • Sport, Date and Event: what and when
      • EV: the expected value of the bet
      • Sportsbook and Bet: where to bet and the selection
      • Odds: the sportsbook's price
      • Fair Odds: the estimated fair price of the selection
      • Last Update: how recently the odds were refreshed

EV and Fair Odds tell you why the row is a ValueBet. Last Update matters because odds move fast, but still check the price on the sportsbook before betting.
